CEO is a Buffoon - Anonymous employee Exceptional Innovation Employee Review

First off, the company is run by a complete moron. Seale is probably one of the most unethical, dishonest, moronic buffoons I know. There were many deals that I had closed for the company there, only to have Seale screw it up by not following through with the simplest of contract terms. We have had multiple issues where companies have flat out avoided us because they do not want to deal with him. His baggage has been nothing for a roadblock to me, and when he continually screwed up my numbers with his inability to be competent, I had to leave. Work life balance is non-existent as he continually drives for ridiculous expectations. By really, the biggest thing was how he treats his clients and his co-workers alike. I would never work for this idiot again, if he was the last employer on earth. He doesn't get anything done, then he points the finger blaming everyone else for his screw up. Multiple people already looking for new jobs... no one actually believes this company will succeed with this clown running it. I give it less than a year.
