Pros

Being an intern, I've had the opportunity to work with all the positions at EMI and it has been pretty awesome to see how the ins and outs of a business work. The growth in the company is definitely real and I hope they hire me on for a full time position as soon as I'm done with school. I have gained a lot of valuable skills I can take anywhere and I feel like I'm actually learning something every day versus coming in being another intern or employee that does mundane tasks until they can leave.

Cons

I can see the job may not be fit for everyone but I think they make things extremely straightforward. At least they were for me when I first started with the company so no cons for me, personally.

Cons

Let me be very honest here so no one else falls in this trap. They pitch this job as a marketing idea and the idea that you too could own your own business. This is a business that is led by Cydcor. Please do your research on cydcor before accepting a position here. They have been sued and changed names over the course of 10 years. Cydcor hides behind companies like this company and many others. They then employ young naive people to go door to door to sell green energy or att&t or whatever Cydcor makes them do. The environment is very cult like. They tell you they have business development meetings in the morning, when in reality it is game playing and a bunch of chanting of “so hey guys”. They will tell you that there is a salary of $500 a week, but beware because to earn that salary you have to sell a certain amount to get it. That is not a true definition of a salary. Mileage and gas are not reimbursed. Beware of this company and the positive reviews posted. Many people pay others to write positive reviews about their own company. Please do your research on Cydcor. Just as every other review on this thread the company will comment and make an excuse as to why it is not true about them. Do your research and homework . If I could give this company 0 stars I would
