Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I take all positive and constructive feedback very seriously as President of ExecuTeam Staffing. I also take our mission very seriously. Our mission is to “To improve our customers’ competitive advantage by providing employment solutions delivering significant, sustainable, and measurable results that exceed expectations.” Each day and each employee operates with this mission. In order to remain one of the top staffing firms in Houston, we must hire and retain employees who produce profitable and measurable results. Unfortunately if employees are unable to produce such results, a set of progressive discipline measures are set in place to provide employees tools and resources to gain such results. Understandably, these performance improvement plans are confidential between the employee and management and not made public to other employees. If such employee does not improve, the employee may be terminated to the surprise of those not in management. This is never the desired results but at times the only outcome. ExecuTeam has one of the highest retention rates of employees in the staffing industry. Those tenured employees are the dedicated and driving force of our success. It would be a disservice to retain employees that don’t meet those same standards. For the past three consecutive years, ExecuTeam and Team1Medical, have earned Inavero’s Best in Staffing and Best in Talent award. An award earned by less than 2% of the staffing firms in the US. This is a testimony of the dedication our employees have in our company and in our mission. Additional reviews on Glassdoor provide feedback from current and former employees with positive remarks in terms of culture, growth opportunities and management performance. ExecuTeam never wants an employee to have a negative reflection of their tenure at our firm but also understand that a selective few are able to understand and appreciate the high standards that our clients have with our company and that we ask of our employees.
