Peaceful place to work - Recruiter ExecutiveDNA Employee Review

Except for the wonderful team of consultants, there are no other pros. I guess everyone bonds very well when everyone suffers under the same incompetent leadership!

Where do I even begin? There is barely any leadership except for some guy coming up with more and more reports for everyone to fill in. This is particularly enjoyable if you do like spending hours in a day filling out meaningless spreadsheets so that they come up with charts and graphs just to do their usual song and dance to each other. Salaries - Base salaries are there but good luck trying to collect any commissions from your personal sales. They'll come up with all sorts of excuses and reasons why they shouldn't pay you commissions. How do you get around this? Call the police and send them lawyers letters and see them in court! Why go through the hassle when you can just work for a legitimate company?

All pros update with the other posts is done by management itself... when I say management itself its Gurpreet, who writes post a review to praise herself...

Unprofessional Unethical Poor Management Never keep the promise and find unreasonable excuses to avoid paying the reimbursement or even sometimes to get a salary its a big very big headache...
