Pros
One thing I accredited about Exeter Premedia Services in my 3 years of service is that the organisation pays much attention to women empowerment and safety. Being a mother of two, I must admit if not Exeter, I would have quit my career during my gestational period. Apart from providing all maternity benefits, I was allowed to render my services by working from home even after the duration of maternity leave. The preceding day of my delivery, I was able to report to office and work composedly. This being my personal benefit, I would like to share organisation’s concern over employees’ development. Basically, many firm tend to hire or outsource candidates for top position, but here at Exeter they take a deliberate effort to train in-house employees and encourage them to move to the next level. There are several pros to be mentioned right from peaceful work environment to effort appreciation. The best part is that the company is void of internal politics.
Cons
One uneasiness is Saturday being a working day. Particularly for women who perform dual role, Saturday working is like being in a stew.
