Pros
1. Very good employee benefits. There are annual trips, annual dinner, events all year long. 2. Bonus and 13th month salary for all. Not even MNC can provide both at the same time for employees. 3. CEO is a very generous person. Not only we have an NGO called Exis Pulse being established and helping out the community during our non working hours, he also sponsor lots of lavish rewards during events. 4. Management and HODs treats the employees like their own family. Even though we might make mistakes here and there, the whole team will focus on solving the problem instead of pushing all the responsibilities to one person alone. 5. Facilities might not be the best, but more than enough for all. The pantry/cafeteria have beverages which employees can freely use to make our own drinks. There are also a recreation room where there are gym equipment, bar, karaoke room, TV and sofas, and some games such as darts and pool table. There's a library as well where the collections of books are expanding. 6. Family trips and oversea trips annually, all expense paid!
Cons
1. Still growing. There are lots of room of improvement in process and procedure wise. 2. As engineers, it is very crucial to be on standby to support anytime, even during weekends. (take note that this is a common practice among all companies in the same industry, and not just this company).
