      Pros

      Driven to excel always making sure we had goals with rewards. Decent network of manufacturing facilities. Some advancement available if you were willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Questionable choices for top management. Bringing someone in with the intent of replacing supervisors so they can pay the replacements less broke their own ethics contract that managers had to sign.

      Pros

      The company made millions of heavy plastic bags each year and loved working with the operators to make sure the products were in good shape!!

      Cons

      Exopack had a practice of letting people go without reasonable causes! The Facility Manager that hired me in February, 2012 was let go in May, 2012. They then brought in a new Facility Manager that was a horrible human - screamed at everyone there and let several people go very quickly.
