Pros
This company is very respectful of its employees; you are trusted to produce excellent work and achieve results on time and within budget - and therefore treated as an adult. Support is there when needed but you are able to get on with your work which for anyone who is a self-starter and likes to manage their workload and time is wonderful. This may not be quite so suitable for someone looking for mentoring, training and frequent reviewing - but if you are experienced which most employees here are, it is a wonderful working environment. Colleagues are supportive and collaborative and feel like friends. Being a marketing agency, there is a lot of variety in terms of the solutions you will market, so you are continuously learning and this also keeps the job interesting. This is a big company but it feels like each country is run like a small business, so you get the feel of an intimate small company.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that there are no benefits, but the salary is fair so you can opt to privately choose what you might usually get as a benefit.
