Cons
The company has grown rather quickly, even if the time that I've been here. Some of the growing pains seem to be rather typical of a company of this size, but does have unique challenges around company culture that stems from leadership. There's a lot of office politics that goes on, and turnover is can be a bit jarring. Some underperformers are let go rather quickly while others are favored despite consistent low performance because they are favored by their managers. Lack of VP People means that people programs are rather lackluster without leadership from an exec level. The leadership is working on hiring a VP of People, but progress seems rather slow.
