Pros

I started working at Expedient around 3 years ago. I loved it. The team was smaller then and worked more closely together. Now the only "pro" that I have is that I am able to feed myself with my check.

Cons

The culture here is failing. I say that because of cliques, people talking behind others' backs, and rude managers. Making money is placed above doing the right thing. Recently a manager was hired who thinks he is smarter than all of us and talks down. He thinks he is right on everything but he is not. Morale is very low and many of us are looking for new jobs. It is an open secret but we are all scared to say anything. Many of us work long hours for what I am learning is not great compensation.

Pros

Exposed to everything provided as a service. Opportunity to learn at an accelerated rate compared to in-house IT. Leadership team is good! Nice atmosphere.

Cons

Not to blow smoke, but can't really think of anything. Depending on position, work/life balance might be an issue but I believe those spots are compensated.

Pros

Solid leadership that overall cares about the people and the company. Employee engagement is executed well. Exceptional customer service that leads to client trust and loyalty. Collaborative environment- if you have a problem, most people will go out of their way to help you learn. Professional environment Annual performance-based promotions Generous annual bonuses

Cons

Company policies aren’t always followed or are changed with no notice. Growth is slow - promotions are seen as “past-due” and reflect what you’ve already been doing for months to years. Non-technical dispatchers cause frustration and work slowdown. High turnover rate due to below-market salaries (unfortunately this is most MSPs, not just ETS).
