Pros
1) Company takes pride in being a Christian company and holds an optional weekly devotion 2) The office itself is very nice. Open workspace for techs, offices for managers 3) Will pay for certifications. It is a nice to start and learn, but you would not want to spend more than 2 years there. No real advancement is available 4) High level technicians are extremely smart and approachable
Cons
1) Staffing is not adequate enough to provide timely customer support. All you ever hear is "We are trying to hire someone". Usually by the time that occurs someone else has left. 2) They send weekly surveys by which upon completion you earn points for swag, but the nature of the questions is disturbing. Very big brother, spying on your fellow employee type of questions. 3) I have never worked for a company where employees did not have input into their managers/directors reviews. This is really hurting them, because frankly half of them are note doing well. 4) Mangement is not very receptive to new ideas and are too technically minded and not focused on creating effective processes/procedures 5) Rely on a tool called ConnectWise as the ticketing system and it is greatly lacking
