Nice people with a good atmosphere. Good potential in a small market. Has a great domain name and a well recognized (though fading) name in the industry.

The last several years have been a series of (often spectacular) failures at invigorating the business. Senior management sets and micromanages initiatives, leaving the balance of the staff to pick up the pieces and bring misguided projects to their misguided end.
