Pros
The team is warm, approachable, and supportive; a genuinely friendly group of colleagues. Occasional team events provide opportunities to socialize and have fun outside of work. Collaborative culture within the core team can make day-to-day work enjoyable.
Cons
There can be a sense of favoritism or “inner groups,” which may make it difficult to fully integrate if you’re outside that circle. High pressure to meet billing targets, with insufficient projects at times to realistically meet those expectations. Management can be inconsistent; personal rapport with your line manager significantly impacts your experience. Staff changes can be abrupt, (A colleague was let go on the day she returned from 2 weeks leave) being let go suddenly, creating a sense of job insecurity.
