Supportive colleagues, but management lacks connection and fairness - Tutor Explore Learning Employee Review

Management is very intense and don’t give positive feedback enough or try to build relationships with all the tutors, there is definitely favouritism for tutors that looked like them. I was often excluded by Management and not spoken to during my time working here. Also made to feel guilty for taking time off for exams.
