Central team decided to get rid of the prizes for members which most families are not very happy with. Tutors are paid very low in relation to the hard work they put in.
Two managers per center just isn’t enough. We are stretched so thin and do not feel that we are paid in reflection to this.
TECH!! We have had so many tech issues recently, it’s honestly embarrassing being the face of the company, taking families money when we are not providing a good service. We have to take the brunt of parents being unhappy, and we just feel as though higher up cannot appreciate that until they are in the situation. How can we be an online tuition company when our websites and programs are not working as they should. It puts management and tutors under immense pressure. These work arounds work for now, but it is so clunky.
