Pros

Travel, flexibility of schedule in work week (becasue you travel alot). Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Unorganized and Outdated Software is lacking in the 21st century, makes working with clients a headache. Heavy travel (it is the events industry), but can get out of control. Long event onsite hours and weekends, at no additional pay. You will recieve $75/day when onsite traveling, but after food/water/coffee you'll maybe come out with $20 a day (if your clients provide meals during the day). Without a doubt put in more than 50/week during busy season. You'll be at an event over the weekend, through the week and are at the wym of their schedule (could be 12 hour days). While there is unlimited PTO, its a little unrealistic to keep up with planning other events and clients, while being the on-site at events as well. Frequently felt spread thin.

Pros

The company had a strong mission, caring leadership and a all hands on deck approach. Clients were cared for and customer service was important.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from parent company, eg, do more with less created unnecessary stress and related in net loss than net gain.

Pros

It has an easy-going environment and a lot of potential to be a great tech company.

Cons

Looking for the outside in, this company seemed amazing. A smaller organization that is setting big goals and working hard to achieve them. Of course, working there is completely different. At face value everyone is friendly, but you'll quickly notice a pattern of nepotism and disrespect. All hiding behind what may be a fake smile. I noticed immediately that there was a popularity contest. I considered myself an ambivert and constantly felt overwhelmed and anxious when I was trying to both do my job and trying to "fit in". I was extremely disappointed to even see management being rude and would often hear them making inappropriate jokes at other's expense, including mine. I believe this company has a lot going for it, however, I don't believe anyone should have to work in a toxic environment in which there's an obvious lack in professional structure and demeanor.
