The environment is great, immediate PTO, everyone that works there literally treats you like family and there are work days that are more like team building

Hard to grow with the company, pay isn’t the best for the amount of stress

Simply put, we build really cool stuff! I love that about ExpoDisplays and Method-1. I am proud to bump into contacts out in the community that know of our work...which happens quite often. For a working mom of teens, I have the flexibility I need to not feel completely consumed by my job. I feel we have a really tight knit core community here. I love the overall culture.

Location. In a perfect world, our offices would be conveniently located around the 280 corridor or a re-surging part of downtown. Somewhere more accessible for the majority of the employees and our clients, and closer to shopping and restaurants would be ideal. But I understand the need for land for our large production facility. But the people that work here who live in Trussville love the location.
