Continuous growth (at least 2.5x every year in the past 2-3 years) in revenue and client base The company is at the forefront of AI technology which directly gives exposure to its employees on the most recent developments in this space The learning and skillset development opportunities are immense as there have been instances where certain employees with basic skills like excel and VBA have started scripting and managing advanced python codes during their stint with the company The company delivers on the monetary commitments to its employees which are directly aligned to individuals’ performance and company’s growth. During my tenure of more than 6 years, there has not been an instance where company did not deliver their monetary commitments discussed during the annual appraisal discussions Recent funding from investors signifies stability and confidence in service and product offerings along with fuel power to propel growth
Cons
Long working hours but growing company would require you to clock extra miles. The management acknowledges the long working hours and rewards for the productive output as a result. As someone who is seeking continuous growth, this should not be a factor to discount the company
