In general it's a very good place to work, people are humble and help you on everything you need. If you are in trouble the CEO helps you personally, and if you need to leave for some personal problem it's fine. There's no micro-management, everyone trust you are doing the best you can. There's opportunity to grow and to learn new things, giving my own opinion I've learned a lot of things here since I joined the company.

Sometimes there are many meetings. I think this is because the company still a StartUp, sometimes meetings are good but many hours on meetings can make you a less productive developer.

Exponential Ventures is simply the best place to work at, ever. The culture and flexibility here is unbelievable and the work-life balance is always encouraged by management. There are constant opportunities to propose your ideas and place for positive criticism. It's the company I've most felt that I'm a part of, even considering companies I've worked on-site.

Even if there were to be any issues with my experience here, it would be easily solved with a simple conversation.
