Cons
Poor executive hires. CMO with zero experience in specialty retail, always chasing technology solutions, over spending, lack of proper talent and making the same horrible decisions he made at other companies. CIO is a horrible person who does not understand retail or new technology. The CEO was not able to run a company effectively and after a couple years was released. The environment at the home office is toxic and everyone was afraid to say anything. They need to have a complete over haul of the executives and home that someone buys them and puts in solid leadership. Generally hiring of very inexperienced individuals in critical decision making positions.
