Great environment. Collaborative. Nice benefits like 6 month paid maternity leave, sabbatical, and stock options. Promotions do seem merit-based.

Career framework is unclear (even after many restructurings) and promotions for entry-level jobs (i.e. scientist or senior scientist) are very difficult to get.
