Great company culture and exec team makes a great effort to keep employees “in the know”

Pay is low when compared to industry standards

Small company vibe with comfort of a larger company that has been around.

Position titles were inaccurate/mismatched to the job responsibility. Having worked in significantly larger firms, the manager title positions at Extensis would be director level elsewhere. This was not just the case for business development; but all the product managers only had manager titles when other firms would have them be director. This made it challenging with working externally with the press, clients, and partners.
