1. Lack of Training: Having few days of training is understandable, but have little to no access of SOPs is another thing. Weak management: You have to be very careful cause they'll terminate you without any valid reason. They'll just appoint people for a dedicated task kuno for any Lead tasks. But the truth is, they just disseminated the workloads because they are not that efficient enough to handle it.
