11y1) We are at a growing stage and our pace is dictated by our fast growing ecosystem and our clients. To be successful we all need to perform at a high level. This would require us to deal with high pressure situations.
2) Our mission is: "To build an inspired team of world class professionals." Moreover our clients require each of us to perform at a high standard of quality and pace which cannot be compromised. At the probation stage we try to assess whether a person has the capability to match these standards in terms of skill and cultural fit. When a person does not meet these expectations we think it is fair to part ways and let them find other opportunities which might be a better fit.
3) One of our values is to retain a family environment and I think the ambience of Extentor house helps in this regard. We have consciously avoided a corporate office at this stage of the company’s growth as we want to keep up a homely feel and a start up energy.
