Pros
The company is rather small. At its most there were 10 people in the office. 2 of them CEOs, 5 interns and 1-3 working half-time. Cool projects, however, most of them just competitions and not real ones.
Cons
The office is actually in the apartment of one of the owners, but that doesn't really matter since they are well separated..
