They will try hard to ignore persistent bugs and a unstable release structure.
The feedback loop is taken very personally so people often fear backlash and loss of their jobs.
2. So there's no HR, which seemed cool but it is like being in high school.
For a small company, everything was political, popularity-based and poor sr. management.
We had new bosses every 6 months and you needed to violently fight for work/life balance.
3. Client work is mostly risk management within the platform.
The product was hard to support due to unstable, weekly changes and lack of UI design.
It is a troubling atmosphere when services team does the QA b/c they fired the QA team.
