      Pros

      decent pay, things processed through their portal and works smooth and fine.

      Cons

      They got lots of paid training to help out new instructor, but it sometime be kinda repetive. Overall it is still a good help.

      People that work there are great and super kind. Flexible hours

      Not a lot of hours at times. You can be called super last minute into work.

      Good hourly wage. Schedule can be flexible if you need it to be.

      Cons

      Sometimes there aren't enough shifts available, especially in the summer months.
