Pros

Nice team environment with some people. The people dealing on the table is generally friendly, with a few not so friendly. More team building towards us dealers would be great. I know it would be tough seeing as its a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation. The HR manager there seems to be willing to engage with people, which is better as the current casino managers could be more engaging to us. Pay is pretty good for what we do, unfortunately schedule can be tough with night shift which I couldn't cope with.

Cons

Definitely need to have more space on the break room As above team activities involving the people on the tables would be nice. It will keep the team spirit high or at least not low! More flexible working times

Pros

There are a lot of initiatives going on that seems to be made to help build team unity. - they have a sports team where some people in the company participate - new HR manager is focusing on helping us dealers get a better voice in the casino team - a new training manager really showing us how to behave - can earn a good bonus if working well

Cons

- the casino managers can be better - lack of accountability and it seems our supervisors don't look at things equally, although this has improved with the new HR manager - still some staff that can only keep complaining and taking the morale down of people that just want to work - strict on behaviour but its understandable since we are client facing
