Business outlook
Pros
Crazy, fun work environment. Will go above and beyond for their employees. Employees are given trust until proven otherwise. No micromanaging. Just overall always trying to show employee appreciation which when they do that for us we work for them. Great reward structure and only continuing to improve. It's an awesome time to be apart of such a growing company.
Cons
The only con is we are growing so fast you never know what's coming next, but I have 100% trust in upper level management.
