      top innovative products at a reasonable price Incredible growth potential brilliant engineers great support relaxed environment but people work hard/play hard Good pay and rewards bright and motivated CEO Built new class A mgmt team

      great products are a well kept secret, where is sales/marketing? HR Systems and other internal systems are a joke Need more PR

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
