      Sadly, it's gone from a great place to a horrible place to work. Zero pros at this time

      Ineffective leadership across most functional areas, especially sales. Management through intimidation and fear is the norm, as they panic about declining stock price and potential loss of their jobs.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
