      Products are brilliant, salary is fair, most of the time it's fun to work

      Cons

      management, especially the guys that were acquired with Enterasys, are more interested in keeping the status quo than developing the company.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
