Some really smart and talented people. Started a Employee Review system to identify existing talent and attach a small incentive to good work.
Cons
Where to begin? Management is running this company into the ground. Complete lack of vision. Got to market strategy is laughable at best. Pretty much complete morons in upper management who don't have a clue about networking or the differentiation points they should be focusing on. Company is hemorrhaging money every quarter. The best hope for the company is to get bought by a major server vendor who's looking for a switching product line. Oh, and the marketing for the company is a complete, epic, 100% fail. The CMO might want to stop the narcissistic tweeting and start advertising the brand a bit...
