Pros
Not really much positive thing to say about this company. All the time I worked there, never felt fitting in the company due to lack of company spirit. Only positive is that the employees do really work hard there.
Cons
HR has too much power over hiring and firing people. A lot of times, people were getting canned or layoff by HR without manager's knowledge. Company spirit is non-existence. HR people are heartless in dealing with people's issue. They rather fire you than working out the issue.
