Pros

The only pro I found working here was the tech access in office and working from home. Basically all new equipment, clear instructions and process to work with IT if you encountered a problem.

Cons

There is a serious lack of general direction for the entire company - what to sell, how to sell, who to sell to. Leadership liked the play the pointing fingers game so no changes or decisions ever came easily, in fact you can look forward to daily/weekly pivots all in different directions. If you question any of this, you put a target on your own back. Very toxic environment where you have to listen to incompetent and frankly lazy leadership. Zero balance, very misleading. Not a great sign when tenured people start leaving in droves!!

Pros

Worked with some good and talented people and the team itself was the best part.

Cons

Before the acquisition, the environment was positive and people felt motivated. After the acquisition, everything changed, layoffs started happening, and the vibe became really toxic. No clear direction from leadership. Goals keep changing and employees are left confused about priorities or what’s expected of them. There’s a lot of favoritism people who are close to the bosses get more opportunities and freedom, while others are constantly monitored.
