Pros

Generally relaxed people, friendly staff except for some exceptions. Beautiful office in a nice area.

Cons

If you have a bad manager like I did, they’ll make your life miserable. I had a very racist division head in the inter-company department. She is quite incompetent and her policies had failed across the board along with her main project. She ended up trying to scapegoat the foreign staff and launched a tirade of abuse towards us, forcing all of us to quit within one year without any job opportunities lined up. Yes, it was that bad! The Employee performance mechanism is very toxic where employees image is considered more important than how much they work. It promotes a toxic environment where people are busy in pulling the other’s leg. There’s too much politics.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
