They give me advances on my pay. I have been working with them for 4 years now and every model I talk to that works for them thinks they are great. They have free certified computer support. I get paid on time every 2 weeks like clockwork. I made more money with them than any other company I ever worked for. they pay the same as the network directly. They opened up doors for me at Playboy and Hustler. They are awesome to say the least.

I honestly cant think of anything they are great in every way. The person who left a negative comment must be another company trying to slander them because none of what they said is true.

Although not the biggest but they have a core group of professionals that are experts in their field, specializing in search marketing and web development. The friendly office environment has a small group of staff but is slowly expanding. Rewarding career opportunities exist for the candidates.

Eye Candy Media is a relatively small company that doesn't have as many perks as some larger organizations I have worked although they are slowly building staff which is promising for the future.
