Pros

…is how long you’ll enjoy working for them.

Cons

- deplorable cost of healthcare “benefits” - promised bonuses not given at the last minute - completely ignorant management - nepotism & favoritism will get you a promotion faster than any legitimate qualifications will - pregnant employees “laid off” suspiciously close to when they’d be requesting maternity leave - employees are very near guilted into donating to an “employee fund” but there is no transparency regarding how much money is in the fund, who is donating, who gets to decide which employees are eligible, etc. - loyal employees who were with their original offices well before ECP bought and subsequently ruined them, aren’t ever recognized, rewarded, or adequately compensated. - problem employees aren’t addressed, rather allowed to move from one office to another office ad infinitum. - outside consulting firms are paid nauseating amounts to do half-assed work that ECP employees would be much better at. - if you currently work for ECP, and still think ECP cares about you, ask your supervisor if your last “merit” raise reflects the work you do, and if it doesn’t, ask for an amount that does… heads up, you won’t get it. You should just be happy you have a job! Right!? TL;DR morale is at an all time low, and yet somehow getting worse… It’s a bright and shining A+ example of profits over patients.

Pros

There really weren't many pros.

Cons

They denied me a raise because the cut off day fell on a day the company was closed, they're delaying annual raises this year, they cut their contributions to benefits, they have cut our scrub allowance in half, they no longer give out their yearly $100-$200 coupon for eyewear that was used as a pitch for hire during the interview, they will keep the clinic open in severely dangerous weather even with no patients coming in. This company is hemorrhaging money, and they make it very obvious. My favorite was when I won a competition from the regional manager and after many attempts and six months reminding Mike we wanted our promised prize, we gave up. They don't care about employees here, it used to be such a good company.
