      Pros

      - I learned a lot there: not only technical skills but also management skills - Anh Tung (CTO) has a lot of good ideas but can be harsh sometimes. You need to find a way to deal with it. My suggestion is that just do what he suggested. It may not work sometimes but work most of the time. Give him a brief validate reason, he will be fine. - After leaving the company, I still have a good relationship with the people there. Anh Tung continues to be my mentor, giving a lot of good advice about life and work, which I really value and appreciate.

      The payment is average, but there is not a lot of other benefits such as insurance.
