Pros

remote work is the only pro

Cons

Terrible, visionless management. They blamed employees for everything except their own decisions. This company is an amazing case study in how to take a fairly solid adtech business and turn it into rubble.

Pros

Entrepreneurial environment with positive energy and willingness to try new things. Very thoughtful and smart CEO. Plus, the company is making a meaningful dent in the Universe.

Cons

None, really. If you have initiative and drive, the company will support you.

Pros

The below management employees are fantastic, hardworking, friendly, and very talented. The work is interesting

Cons

Mass layoff of 40% of the company with the bare minimum jurisdictional requirements for severance. Poor and ineffective leadership No feedback to employees Degradation of main product to maximize profits and minimize user experience - multiple price increases this year, no additional features provided Leadership says a lot of buzzwords, but is untrustworthy Product is routinely disparaged by leadership with no plans to implement improvements other than price hikes Blame is all below the line, poor management is never considered as a reason for the issues Women engineers rarely, if ever, get recognition Pay is mediocre Severance is laughable but described as generous Just another mediocre tech company blaming the people who write the code instead of the people making the decisions. Defined this mass firing as "breaking the glass ceiling" in a Confluence doc Don't know what "breaking the glass ceiling" means. Career opportunities are dangled, but then forgotten Fired people on the first day of the sabbatical they'd earned after five or more years of loyal service. Cut off insurance for US employees with two days notice
