- some opportunities for advancement - gained a lot of experience quickly - startup perks like free food & good benefits - nice people in office
Cons
- completely disorganized - sexist tech bro culture - priorities constantly changing & goalposts always moving - product is NOT GOOD but leadership blames everything except the actual product. Makes it very hard to believe in it & actually do your job - leadership is TERRIBLE. Toxic and disorganized. Pick favorites constantly. Downright rude and unprofessional in their interactions with many individuals - turbulent & not set up well to weather the storm. Layoffs all the time, one as big as 30% of the company.
