Pros
It's a job with decent benefits. Nothing else really stands out about this place.
Cons
Every project in this company is poorly managed, leaving the departments understaffed, underprepared, and forced to work a miracle in order to meet ridiculous and impossible commitments/promises made to clients. The clients always end up disappointed/upset resulting in fires always having to be put out. It's no surprise that they continue to lose major clients every single year. When it comes to answering to executive leadership on what went wrong, paired with the loss of business and poor performance, The directors look for every reason to deflect blame and throw front line workers and supervisors who dedicate all of their time and effort to get the job done under the bus in order to protect themselves. They constantly hire "engineers" yet nothing gets improved, updated, or fixed. There is no creativity or innovation. Nothing but comical and nonsensical manual procedures to complete simple tasks such as reporting or data analysis. Their product is flawed, broken, and nobody seems to care to fix it. Any recommendation or proposed improvement to their product ends up being shoved aside because there "aren't enough resources" to get anything updated or fixed. 90% of executive management are full of clueless opportunists who aren't qualified to do the job they are hired to do. They are clueless opportunists who are only there to collect a paycheck.
