Repetitive Tasks: Much of the work can become routine and monotonous over time. Limited Decision-Making Power: Administrative staff usually implement decisions made by others, which can be frustrating for those who want to contribute strategically. Limited Advancement Opportunities in my particular role: After a certain point, growth in my role plateaued with few clear paths for upward mobility but this is mainly down to my role being contracted by the client so not a reflection on FACT (UK).
