      Had Friday lunches, had fun team members had good work environment. Now called Tellus Public Safety.

      Cons

      Changes over the past few months have really hurt overall morale. Management always tells half truths and makes promises they know that cannot fill. Management is always looking for the next scapegoat in project failures.

      Pros

      All of the employees are like family and are very supportive of each other. It is a good company culture. Management is understanding of employees taking time off for personal reasons.

      Cons

      There is a lot of confusion regarding roles and responsibilities at this company from management on down. It is sometimes difficult to customize software to customer needs. Focus seems to be more on development of new products rather than implementing solutions for current customers.
