Great management, remote work, some flexibility in schedule, great benefits and PTO, employee owned company. Work can be stressful at times but there is a great support system.

Large workload with high performance expectations which can be stressful at times and require working long hours. No overtime pay.

Compensation is competitive, onboarding was relatively smooth

Unreasonable performance goals were set really early, performance evaluation inexplicably went from great to unacceptable, basically set up to fail.
