      Pros

      If you show up and put in your hours, you will get a check. It may not be the correct amount, but you will be paid something.

      Cons

      Everything....management, building, restrooms, co-workers, equipment.....literally.....EVERYTHING!

      Pros

      True Remote work available! Open communication with management, PTO, Insurance benefits, they work to train you, technology forward remote call center assistance, Monthly bonuses structures in most all departments

      Cons

      lower base position pay for area but with full remote work for those positions it DOES help balance it out.
