Only pros I can find would be the actual employees are nice people in an unfortunate situation.

The owner. He is a person who thrives on putting others down while talking himself up. He calls people stupid or dumb. Pays very low and expects you to treat others like they are below you. The work is chaotic and no systems in place for advancement.
