Unfortunately there are no pros other than they may pay for your SQE. That being said, there is no further support for this.

Toxic work culture. No work life balance. Staff are incompetent and this is due to poor training. Your pay is pulled out of a hat and someone lower than you will most likely be on more money. Diversity is poor. There are little to no employee benefits.
