* Managers that are never in the office or not even in the same country as their team
*Managers and higher ups that clearly will bully you or will clearly state that you are less than them, if you do not fit in / being exactly what they want you to be
* Luxembourg support team is made completely redundant and is completely replaced in India
*HR invites you to communicate with them, but once done they will not do anything with it.
They will either ignore your comments / suggestions or will label you as problematic
*Questionnaires are made to so called " feel the temperature" but when all the employees respond and the outcome is to negative. It is either ignored or the employees are requested to do another one, hoping the replies will be more positive
*Every team has a huge amount of work load and therefore it is hard to reach some one or to get help, because everyone is over worked
*Due to the workload the work life balance is very very poor
*Overtime is not payed out at all
*No real career move unless you suck yourself up with the management and your willing to backstab others
* Always more and more, if it comes from requesting your current staff into buying other companies, please look into what you already have
It's already bad enough as it is
The integration of the other companies comes with a very heavy burden
*The so called onboarding of new people is non existent. New joiners have to figure it out them selves and are at the grace of colleagues (if they have time due to high workload)
