IT at FEA - IT Specialist FEA Industries Employee Review

The ownership continues to invest in the company and the people. Over the past 3 years, the culture has completely changed with the leadership that has been in place for the past year. Previous senior leadership would play favorites. Current senior leadership praises in public, corrects in private and rewards/measures performance based on merit. Years ago if you were not a favorite of leadership who is no longer with the company (thank god) you werent afforded the opportunity to advance and grown your skill set. The current lab manager is a straight shooter are the other building and department supervisors. If you show up everyday, get your work done and want to expand your skill set, they are happy to give you the opportunity. The company's owner is hands on and very approachable. He will take the time to show you how he is fixing a machine if you take an interest in learning. Other leadership has seemed to echo the change in positive culture and workplace experience. Everyone in leadership says good morning and greets you with a smile. This was not the case just a few years ago. Kudos to Bill for promoting from within and allowing them to run their operations without being micromanaged. This allows the managers, supervisors and leads to focus on the work at hand as well as us employees rather than having to walk on egg shells. I've gone from showing up to work a few years back for a paycheck to showing up wanting to contribute to the success of my team members and the company. Keep up the good work!

It was a little rough shifting the culture but it payed off in the end. You receive a fair day's pay for a fair day's work, but inflation certainly is felt on that fair day's pay across the board.

Fun employees and a team that get along well on the production line

Constantly received conflicting instructions from management. The company was also constantly understaffed which lead to everyone being over worked and extreme burnout. There is also little room for advancement.
